【Principle of Inspection】
This antigen rapid detection test strip utilizes an immunochromatographic double-antibody sandwich detection technology, and gold nanoparticle technology with an optimally uniform particle size for enhanced sensitivity and accuracy. Qualitative detection of Toxoplasma gondii antigen in dog/cat fecal samples.
【Storage conditions and expiration date】
1. Stored at 2-30°C, the validity period is 24 months. Avoid direct sunlight, do not freeze. The test paper should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour after opening the aluminum foil bag.

HOW TO USE
1.Collection of specimens: Canine/feline feces.
2.Specimens should be tested on the same day of collection. If testing cannot be done on the same day, specimens should be refrigerated and if more than 24 hours have passed, they should be frozen.
3. Please follow the diagram provided for specimen collection. Excessive sample volume can lead to false positive results.
【Start Testing】
1. Before using any reagents, they must be brought to room temperature (15~30℃).
2. Tear open the aluminum foil of the sample dilution collection tube and place it on the workbench.
3. Using a cotton swab, collect an appropriate amount of canine/feline fecal sample (about the size of a green bean) and insert it into the collection tube containing the sample dilution.
4. Rotate the cotton swab for about 10 seconds to thoroughly mix the sample with the sample dilution.
5. Squeeze the extraction tube wall with your fingers to remove as much liquid as possible from the cotton swab. Remove the cotton swab and cover the dropper, allowing it to stand for 2 minutes.
6. Place the test card on a flat surface and slowly add 3 drops of the sample mixture into the sample well.
7. Read the results within 10-15 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are considered invalid.
1.Positive: Indicates the possible presence of Toxoplasma antigens in the sample. It is recommended to seek further testing at a reputable veterinary clinic.
2.Negative: Indicates the possible absence of Toxoplasma antigens in the sample. It is advised to undergo regular testing.
3.Invalid: Indicates improper operation or other factors leading to inconclusive results. It is recommended to repeat the procedure according to the instructions. If the issue persists, discontinue the use of this batch and contact the local supplier immediately.
