【Principle of Inspection】
This antigen rapid detection test strip utilizes an immunochromatographic double-antibody sandwich detection technology, and gold nanoparticle technology with an optimally uniform particle size for enhanced sensitivity and accuracy. The feline coronavirus antigen detection test reagent utilizes the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay to qualitatively detect feline coronavirus antigen in cat fecal samples.

【Storage conditions and expiration date】
1. Stored at 2-30°C, the validity period is 24 months. Avoid direct sunlight, do not freeze. The test paper should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour after opening the aluminum foil bag.
2. See the label for the production batch number and expiration date.

HOW TO USE

【Sample Requirements】
1. Sample for testing: Cat feces.
2. Samples should be tested on the same day. If samples cannot be tested on the same day, they should be refrigerated. Samples that are older than 24 hours should be frozen.
3. Please follow the diagram provided to collect the sample. Excessive sample material may lead to false positive results.

【Testing method】
1. Before using any reagents, they must be brought to room temperature (15~30℃).
2. Tear off the aluminum film of the sample dilution tube and place it on the workbench.
3. Take an appropriate amount of cat feces sample (about the size of a green bean) with a cotton swab and insert it into the sample dilution tube.
4. Rotate the cotton swab for about 10 seconds to ensure thorough mixing of the sample with the sample dilution solution.
5. Squeeze the walls of the extraction tube with fingers to remove as much solution from the cotton swab as possible, then take it out and cover the dropper with the cap. Let it stand for 2 minutes.
6. Place the test card on a level surface and slowly add 3 drops of the sample mixture into the sample well.
7. Read the results within 10-15 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are considered invalid.

【Result Judgment】
1. Positive: Indicates that FCOV virus may be present in the sample. It is recommended to seek confirmation at a reputable veterinary hospital.
2. Negative: Indicates that FCOV virus may not be present in the sample. It is recommended to undergo regular screenings.
3. Invalid: Indicates improper handling or other reasons for the lack of a result. It is advised to follow the instructions and repeat the test. If the issue persists, discontinue the use of this batch of product and contact the local supplier.
